Applications :

Witcol Soluble Cutting Oil is generally recommended for wide range of machining operation of carbon steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, monel metals on automatic lathe, drilling, milling, reaming and boring operations.
 Witcol Soluble Cutting Oil can also be used in applications such as gear hobbing, gear shaping and generating, automatic bar and chucking machine work and slab contour-round hole broaching of ferrous metals.
It conforms to Standards BIS : 1115 1986

Specifications :

For Stable Emulsion, Oil should be poured to water with 5% Concentration. However for grinding, it is recommended for diluting at 2 - 3%
