Soluble Cutting Oil

Witcol soluble cutting oils form milky white emulsions with water. These are high performance premium lubricants for use in variety of cutting operations on ferrous and non ferrous material.

Straight Cutting Oil

Witcol straight cutting oils is non staining type oil formulated from high VI refined mineral oils and fatty material which enhances heat dissipation and free flowing characteristics. These are used with out dilution for cutting ferrous and non ferrous metals where machining operation is less severe.

Synthetic/Semi synthetic cutting oil

Witcol synthetic/semi synthetic cutting oil is water soluble grinding coolant having remarkable antirust characteristics. This is specially recommended for grinding of Ferrous, Steel, Non alloyed steel, Nickel chrome steel.

Rust Preventive oil

Solvent base

Witcol Rust Preventive Oil(solvent type) consists of film forming ingredients, rust inhibitors and water displacing additives in solvent. On evaporation of solvent, thin, soft film is obtained.

Oil base

Witcol rust preventive oil (Oil types) contain soluble corrosion inhibitors. They serve as lubricants and temporary protectives.

Quenching oil

Witcol Quenching oils are formulated from refined mineral oil with additives to obtain good thermal, chemical, oxidation stability.

Metal rolling oil

Witcol metal rolling oil is a premium quality rolling oil formulated from refined mineral oil and additives for rolling sheets and sections.

Metal drawing compounds
